Furthur 2000--It's Officially On!

There have been a variety of leaks and rumors floating around about the Furthur Festival, so Dennis McNally has offered this much info officially, so as to clear the air just a bit:

The Furthur 2000 Festival will run from late August until the end of September at the usual suspect venues. The only 2 acts confirmed so far are The Other Ones, and Ziggy Marley and the Melody Makers.

The Other ones will consist of Bobby Weir, Mickey Hart, Bruce Hornsby, John Molo, Steve Kimock, Mark Karan, and Alphonso Johnson on bass.

I would expect specific venue data to become available as soon as it can.
